When I see a big sign on a door saying “KEEP OUT”, my mind tells me no but my body tells me yes. It is impossible not to go in especially when you know there’s an abandoned site behind it. This derelict call centre was your standard abandoned office – old equipment still there, wires and cables everywhere and some paperwork still lying around. I was a journalist back in Ireland, so I always try to find some paperwork or reports left lying around which might tell me a story of the company that used to thrive in the same walls. It’s strange feeling standing in a building where everything is covered in dust and cobwebs and imagine it back in its hey-day as a noisy, bustling call centre!
